After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as the order processing will already have started. Therefore, please carefully review your order before completing it.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product within the return period after receiving it.

Shipping is free for the Netherlands and Belgium on all orders over €40, and free for most other countries on orders over €100! 🚚✨
Shipping costs for other European countries are calculated and displayed during checkout, depending on the shipping option you choose. We offer several options so you can receive your order within a timeframe that suits your preferences and budget.

We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 18:00 CET will be shipped on the same day and Orders after 18:00 CET will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible and process orders within 24 hours after they are placed.
If you place an order before 18:00, it is usually processed the same day, and you can expect delivery within 1–2 days. In rare cases, delays may occur with the carrier, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.
