Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund process will be initiated. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
We aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and approving the return. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a return does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue only a partial refund. In such cases, you will always be notified accordingly.
