Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Aria Solutions B.V. and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services
Aria Solutions provides services in the areas of bookkeeping, administration, payroll, annual accounts and tax advice. The scope of the assignment is set out in an assignment confirmation.
Rates and payment
Our rates are agreed in advance. Invoices must be paid within the agreed term. Prices stated are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Client obligations
The client ensures the timely and complete provision of all data required to carry out the assignment.
Liability
Aria Solutions carries out its work to the best of its ability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our professional liability insurance.
Termination
The agreement may be terminated by both parties with due observance of a reasonable notice period, as set out in the assignment confirmation.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Aria Solutions is based.
