The scope of the assignment is set out in an assignment confirmation.<\/p><h2>Rates and payment<\/h2><p>Our rates are agreed in advance. Invoices must be paid within the agreed term. Prices stated are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p><h2>Client obligations<\/h2><p>The client ensures the timely and complete provision of all data required to carry out the assignment.<\/p><h2>Liability<\/h2><p>Aria Solutions carries out its work to the best of its ability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our professional liability insurance.<\/p><h2>Termination<\/h2><p>The agreement may be terminated by both parties with due observance of a reasonable notice period, as set out in the assignment confirmation.<\/p><h2>Applicable law<\/h2><p>Dutch law applies to all agreements.
